We had an issue with an ac in anolder car. Connor assessed the work to be done and had an honest discussion with.us about the viability of getting the work done balanced against the value of car with some other mechanical issues. Honest advice from a mechanic who shows such integrity. After a discussion with Stuart when collecting the car this is a business with old school values. I feel we have found a trustworthy mechanic who will be our family mechanic from here on. Thank you Team Hi-Tech
Have had aircon work done on a couple of cars now and can't fault the service. Connor and the team provided excellent customer service, no bs-ing around and fair price for when a big item was found needing to be replaced. All done in a timely manner and no fluffing around.
