I took my car here after 2 previous mechanics failed to fix Axel diagnosed the issue and whilst it took 5 hours, it was well worth it as it was never fixed previously Thank you Axel.
No idea about customer service. I took my wife's car here to get A/C fixed 18 months ago and was quoted $900. When I went to pick it up he said the charge was over $1,700. I was determined to only pay what he quoted, as he never communicated anything to me after I dropped the car off. Then a few weeks ago I got them to look at the A/C on my work vehicle. Booked Car in for Ac repairs with Ten days notice. Dropped vehicle off at 7.30am on the agreed day with a view to collect about 3.00pm when I finished work. Phoned at 2.30pm to check if Car was ready only to be told they hadn’t even looked at it yet. I was asked if they could keep car overnight and try again the next day. This wasn’t an option for me. Customer service is atrocious and non existent!! They were going to be hours so I planned to do a lot of shopping as I live remote. They refused to pick me up from the shops with all my shopping. Told me to leave my purchases at the shops and pick it all up later. It would have taken them ten minutes at the very very most to pick me up. I was going to walk to the shops so only needed pick up. I’m 64! I walked out! Disgusting business!
