On time, great pricing and very professional technicians
$347 out and repair still not complete. Contacted this company for a heater repair. They were very prompt on sending a technician out. Was explained that there was a $98 service call fee, and if the matter was fixed the fee will offset the cost. Well the technician stated there was a part that needed to be ordered (heat sequencer $249 install) and he can come back once it comes in. Well today he returned and still not working. The price of replacing a 20 dollar capacitor was not affordable considering my landlord is on fixed income. She is very upset. Also if I was not in a meeting at the time and was told it was going to cost 250.00 for the tech to use my hose and my water to spray and clean the side panels of the AC box to get the dust and dirt off I would have done it myself. Although AC is nice to have if I had known it was going to cost over 500 dollars I would have called other places.
If you need A/C repair, you can’t do wrong with COOL AID AIR. I have used them several times and they are the best. I am not affiliated with the at all. I seldom rate any business but COOL AID AIR is exceptional.
If I could give 0 star I would. Our friends Ac is out. We already diagnosed the problem, the service guy was rude, wouldn't give his name, and mocked my friend. Not very customer service friendly for being a business.
