Very professional and great service.
Absolute top Aussie service and a good can do attitude, brought a Ute from Atherton Toyota and took it straight to the cape, on the way through thought I’d stop in and get an upgrade on my highway stock tyres and Cain recommend some AT VITOUR tyres and I can say I’m most definitely impressed! great price great service and definitely cheaper then cairns or any other big name place
Drove from Sydney to Cooktown for a fishing trip and it tuens out we had 3 tyres bubbling. Turned up to Cooktown Tyre Service and they inspected all 4 tyres, recommended to replace the 3 that were bubbling for health and safety reasons. Cain and Jacob were so accommodating with my desperation and proceeded accordingly so we could drive back to Sydney. Couldn't recommend them enough they saved our trip, would definitely visit again if we're in Cooktown with any tyre issues.
Hired a van from Cairns, took it up to Cooktown and on the way up the tip I noticed the wheel alignment wasn't up to scratch and I pulled into cooktown tyre service to get it fixed, cain gave me an inspection and referred me to compound auto, they were so accommodating and assisted me accordingly proceeding with a wheel alignment. Would always recommend Cooktown Tyre Service for any tyre needs when up this way.
Not great service at all for me. I met Caine to get 6 new alloys and tyres for my Ute as I wanted to do the CREB track and if that went well I was going to upgrade my trailer wheels and tyres too. I waited till Tuesday a d sent him the wheels I wanted a d to get me a quote. Never bothered getting back to me. Not a very astute business “man”.
