I recently purchased car parts here and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. One of the worst dealerships i have come across, i worked for dealerships most my life. I had a repair done here and when it came to the survey I wrote no so I can speak to someone. It has been two weeks and still no response. I heard the service advisor wanted to overcharge a customer despite the recommendation from the technician. They are most likely taking advantage of older clients since it seems like thats what most its clientele was. Avoid this place at all cost, especially if you want good service. The way they conduct business is extremely misleading and dishonest. DO NOT conduct business with them — you will regret it. I believe OMVIC should take action against dealerships like this. Stay away from this dealership.
