If I could give zero stars, I would. Cooksville Dodge is hands down the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I brought in my 2023 Charger for a rattling noise and told them clearly it sounded like something was loose. Instead of actually diagnosing the issue, they made up some ridiculous excuse saying it was carbon buildup in the exhaust — at only 11,000 km.
