I could not be more dissatisfied with the service I received here. I got an invoice for a list of things done and when I verified the list 30% had not even been looked at. The road bad connections on my trailing plug and rendered my brakes jamming on and they avoided my calls for 3 weeks, the told me they reset my heating system and my 1st outing I had to you tube how to reset the communications on the heating( another thing charged for but not done) all in all I left messages for the technician to call me for 3 weeks and wh... read more
Not the best service. The man behind the desk was on the phone for more than 15min. He asked me did I need help and never helped...
No problem getting what I wanted. Marty was a great help. Would definitely use this company again
This was the first time I had used Cookstown Caravan to service my sterling moonstone caravan. I was very pleased with my caravan on return , I could tell that everything that I had asked to be looked at had been rectified and some that I hadn't a great service and friendly staff.
