I gave 4 stars because of some of the issues my husband and I have dealt with in the past, but i can say Cookson Hills has always made sure to get our internet working and going good. A guy named Conner that works for Cookson Hills, is absolutely wonderful!! He's been the one to come out to my house before. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Also very funny!! I wanted to give a BIG shout out to him!! He did a great job!!!!
Recconection services are only offered during business hours. 100% Not beneficial to the consumer.
I am new to the area and have called 3X ,people were nice but always in a meeting and never called me back. So disappointed 😞
The two times I've been in the building I've had the worst customer service I've experienced from any business. The last time, earlier this year I went in to sign up for fiber. I stood in front of the window, the blonde, the brunette, and the younger guy working all looked at me, and said nothing. Great service but they are so quick to cut your service off as soon as your balance gets low and the prices for the electric seems high to me compared to city services
