The guys at cooksey automotive are great. I came to them with a shaking problem on my truck and they were able to diagnose it for me. I appreciated that they invited me to the shop to explain in person what was going on. And they got it done for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this shop!
Tightened my lug nuts so much that we had to pay someone to come cut them off… we tried EVERYTHING. Now my alternator can’t be changed and it won’t hold a charge so I can’t even take it to a shop to be fixed. Which means paying for a tow truck and the service to fix. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning, EVER!
We're In the area from out of state for the Knoxville Nationals and our AC stopped working in my father in law's van. We stopped in to see if they'd have time to at least give us a diagnosis of what was wrong. They found the problem, had a replacement part there and fixed within 2 hours. Fantastic service, very friendly and fair pricing. Getting us taken care of within a few hours was excellent. Would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs auto work done.
Cooksey Auto had availability the same day my issue started. I was able to bring it in and they fixed it the same day! Thanks a bunch! I’ll be back :)
