The customer service was good. Just a little bit too expensive for me.
More like crooks transmission.. had transmission swapped and have had only problems since then. Sent it back in after they “forgot to connect a wire” and they took it in for another two weeks since I had the gull to call them out. Still have problems with electrical years later and had to pay out of pocket to get fixed..
Highly recommend cooks transmission. Had a loose nut and leaking transmission and they took a look at it and repaired it an afternoon and we’re just really good to me. they were extremely professional and handy, and I highly recommend them. Dylan especially.
They did not personally work on my vehicle but pointed me in the direction of a VERY reliable gentleman that got my transmission fixed up fairly quickly. Forever thankful for that recommendation
Got stranded at a state park because of a broken gear shift linkage. Had it towed to cook's and Dillan understood my situation and was quick to solve the problem. Good service and good pricing. Thank you Dillian
