I just need to give such a huge shout out to Dillion and all the great people at Cook's Transmission Services. My truck broke down delivering supplies to Bakersfield NC after Hellen. It was the transmission. I had another company look at my truck, they wanted to charge me $8000 to replace my transmission. I had my truck towed to Cook's and some how miraculously, my truck isn't messed up anymore and another miracle of the situation is even the tow bill had somehow been taken care of. The customer service team is wonderful. I didn’t feel pressured at all and was treated with kindness by all staff I came into contact with. I had lots of questions and some complex issues with my vehicle but was happy with the service. I am thankful to have such a great establishment here in Spartanburg and will be telling friends and family.
