Cook is the type of mechanic everyone looks for. He is honest about when something needs done, and will let you know how much time you have left if a part is beginning to go bad. He won’t try and fix something that doesn’t need it, and if he notices something while working on one issue, he’ll call and ask before he works on something that wasn’t previously mentioned. He’s even given me advice when looking for different vehicles, knowing full well he could let me buy something that would make him a lot of money!
Do not recommend this shop. Tryed to tell me I owned him $1,250. But in his computer it said $1,100. He also didn't fix my car. Had to pay to have it flat towed off him lot. Also billed me for part he did not replace, 50% of the work he "did" wasn't even done. Stuff was glued together and sylacone stuff was used on it.
