These guys really are great for customer service. Rented a lift and when the weather turned rainy they let me reschedule the remaining days no problem. Since they have a rent three days and get two free they really didn't have to do that. It was my two free days I rescheduled. Other times I have rented there and it seems that each time there has been something extra they have done to help me that I was not expecting.
