For the last several months they have just literally shown up to my house. I work from home and it’s super inconvenient and also completely disrespectful to send a random man to my house and expect me to let him into my home with my children here, cooks van or not. I don't know who answers the phone for this company but I was hung up on twice this morning and my number was blocked. Very rude and unprofessional.
