We signed up for service, they told us on the phone that they would charge and provide service monthly. They came once and didn't do anything, just sat in the truck and then left, and then they charged us for 3 months. We called to cancel service and apparently the agreement was for quarterly service and billing, and they charged us $165 to cancel. Will never do business with them again.
Jackson is hands down the best pest control tech! Friendly, punctual, and professional.
