Best tv service around Derek had me back up and going within 30 minutes awesome guy would definitely go back again. Will definitely be referring him and his company to all my friends and family one day he had to part ordered the next day he was here replace whole screen through warranty from Samsung. was a very easy transaction Derek's great man and loves what he does for his profession. Had an issue with my 55" Sony and called Cook’s. Being new to the area I was at the mercy of Google and Google reviews. I was nervous but after speaking to Derrick and him being willing to answer my questions I took it to him. He was certain what the problem was from the error code my TV was showing and he ordered the parts. The TV has now been back in my possession for almost 4 months and it works like a charm. I will definitely go there again for any future repairs. Definitely would recommend this shop.
Helped walk me through a warranty repair and despite needing to send my product to samsung due to their end Mr. Cook remained helpful, accommodating and went above and beyond! ( true old school mom and pop repair shop attitude, hard to find nowadays) Thanks for everything! Fred Brett
Took our 55" Samsung in due to backlight issues. Cook's was able to get it all fixed up. Great service and highly recommended.
Had a backlight go in my TV after 2.5 years. The TV repairman in my town told me I’d need to get a new TV. Called Cook’s and got the backlight replaced for a fraction of the price and done within a week. Would recommend to anyone who has a backlight go in their TV.
