We have rented from Cook's mini storage for the past 6 years. We originally started with 1 unit which we were able to rent the same day we called. Then a couple of years ago we rented a 2nd unit. The owners are great to work with and Carrie is always very responsive and helpful!

My dad originally got a storage unit from cooks mini storage in 2019 when my mom passed and 6 months later my dad passed, the wonderful lady called my dad's phone to remind him his payment was late so I explained about my dad passing and how I would bring the payment there. I then asked her if it would be possible to take over my dad's unit and she was very accommodating with me about it so I didn't loose my parents stuff!!!! I have nothing but good experience and things to say about cooks mini storage

We needed a storage unit for just a month while we were moving and Cooks for us one the day I called! They even charged a lock to my account and put it in the storage unit for us when we went to do our first load! So convenient! When we were done moving...I called to cancel and it all went so smoothly! Also clean and no issues with our stuff!
