I have been coming here for years, and the service is always exceptional. Rachel and Patience consistently go above and beyond, most immaculate care and making every visit a great experience. They are always so kind and helpful, particularly with the complimentary battery changes for my elderly grandpa, which we truly appreciate. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers are unmatched. I highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone looking for outstanding service!
I was in Cooks today to have a glance around and a rather loud and unmannerly woman says “can I help you”. I kindly said no thank you! What bothered me was rather than receive a kind smile I felt eyeballed. However the other ladies who were working, were all very warm and inviting :) I had to made a run to my car and back into my the shop, when I returned a few mins later the same woman came over said can I help you with something (with attitude) I told her I was just in here, thankfully the lady who helping me came over. Was just in Cooks Jewellers, there were 5 workers standing around talking and saw me walk in. No one came to help me so I walk up to the group at the till and everyone turned their back. I called out so for help and someone had to turned around no one else did. This store’s manager has to do some sort of customer service course with these workers. I’ve had better customer service at McDonald’s. I will not be back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
Was in the Terrace store a few days ago. Service was non-existent. After calling out for someone to help me (I was the only customer in the store) I asked to see a pair of earrings. I asked how to take the earrings out of their little holder as I was not familiar with the clasp style. The lady pulled and pushed and finally got one earring out but had bent the post in the process. I pointed it out to her and she tried to push it back in place. I had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and the selection felt limited. I left feeling undervalued and won’t be returning.
