Cooks doesn't value your time or your money. I guess the bridge closed and these people decided they didn't want to make an effort anymore. You would think with the slowdown in business from that, someone would have time to answer the phone, but nope you drive into town to check the stock, only to find all the employees jerking each other off, while the shelves sit empty. Great job, Cooks!
I used to like coming here but now it seems like they’re never open even when it’s the middle of the day and says open on their schedule.
Gotta leave a good review even tho I was surprised they close at 1pm on Saturday. I guess it's ok not forcing your employees to be available at at 9pm on a Saturday. Which is kind of nice for a change. On my side, I got to plan better, but overall, it's a good store with what it looks like are good people working here.
Was so pleased today to be able to buy a push weed whacker and actually put it in the car and take it home the same day. The staff there were excellent and so helpful in every way. So thankful for all of their help and the friendly assistance.
My wife had a party scheduled and we had reserved some rentals for it. Come Saturday morning the store never opened. So we couldn’t get any rentals. No phone call or nothing to warn us.
