Issues with Medicare refund. Couldn't process in the practice and was assured it would go through. Couple of phone calls and they assured us all was good. Rang Medicare and nothing has been sent to them. Still trying to chase up but CHFP tells me it's been 48 hours so they can't help. Have asked for invoice to be emailed and haven't received it. The irony is I went in for high blood pressure! Very poor service.
Fantastic Practice with a variety of doctors specialising in a variety of areas including Gender Affirming Care. The two reasons its 4 instead of 5 are: • due to the promotion of the local pharmacy which has done a disservice to the community and should not be supported • Dr Lobanov has historically given poor medical care to women.
Dr Alex Lobanov is an excellent GP - thorough, kind, and easy to talk to. The nursing and reception staff are always friendly and professional. I’ve always felt well looked after at Cooks Hill Family Practice.
My friend went here with a spider bite and was told / prescribed with HERPE medicine. Dr. Alexander Amory… Please do better.
