Extremely unhelpful visit with Dr Fong. I asked for a referral to a specialist, which she refused, and instead told me to make another appointment with her to discuss a “Care Plan” rather than seeing a professional in the area I had specifically requested. This was frustrating, as I had raised the request during my appointment and she shut it down. What a terrible experience from the lady at the front desk. I rang and tried to find out what doctor myself and my family could start seeing since my existing doctor there had gone on long service leave and the woman was so incredibly rude, have never experienced a medical receptionist be so awful. I definitely won’t be coming back. Such a shame.
