What a terrible experience from the lady at the front desk. I rang and tried to find out what doctor myself and my family could start seeing since my existing doctor there had gone on long service leave and the woman was so incredibly rude, have never experienced a medical receptionist be so awful. I definitely won’t be coming back. Such a shame.
Great Doctors, reception and facilities. Highly recommend to anyone needing a GP.
The appointment was in excess of 40 minutes late in which time I witnessed every person before me get bulk billed. It appears that I either don’t fit the demographic for bulk billing (as I’ve not been the recipient of bulk billing following any consultation at this medical centre), or I was punished for having the temerity to ask ‘how much longer the wait would be’ after 35 mins. I’m guessing more likely the former.
What's up with the rude front desk staff? Not only were they unhelpful, but they were rude while doing it. What an awful first impression when people call trying to find their new family doctor - give this one a miss!
I changed practices just over a year ago when a friend recommended Dr Marano and I can honestly say it’s the best move I ever made. The staff are so helpful and the wait time in comparison to my previous GP is unbelievable. I can highly recommend Cooks Hill Family Practice
