My air condition stopped working over the summer on one of the hottest days ever! I called several companies. Cook’s Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC was the ONLY company that could come out the next business day. Mr Cook was prompt and had my air conditioning unit up and running in no time, he even took time out to explain what the issue was. Answered the phone right away, (surprising how uncommon that is), was at my house within a couple hours, and gave me a call when they were on their way. Fixed it quickly, explained what was wrong and how they fixed it, and the price was extremely reasonable. Will definitely call them first in the future 👍
