Cook's Glass was able to locate and install a windshield for a 1994 Honda Civic. The only catch was, it was late Friday and they wouldn't be able to get the windshield delivered until Monday. My daughter & I were on our way home to Southern Ca where she was suppose to start school on Monday. Cook's Glass called in some favors and were able to get the job done on Saturday morning! We were back on the road by 10! Can't thank them enough for going out of their way to help us.
I would rate it higher, however it seems as the app is becoming more difficult to use. I can't get phone numbers for businesses without going through hoops.
HEY, KLAMATH COUNTY: This is a review of Cook's Glass near Dairy Queen. Since I moved into this house 6-1/2 years ago, I have had to replace the balances in almost every window. At first, I got them from the company for free. Then that company went out of business. So, I went to Cook's a couple years ago and bought a set of balances for another window that that given out. I had my mirror hit while i was parked on the street so I saved up for about 3 months and bought the mirror on line which was way cheaper than anyone in town. So i took it to Cooks glass on friday after work to have it replaced when i got home I took a closer look at it and there where two grease marks on the truck there was a dent the exzact same spot as one of the grease marks. (they gave me the broken mirror back and it was the same grease on the back of that mrror) So I took it back next week and they said nice try we do... read more
