NOW HAVE GONE BUST. Word of warning to anyone waiting work to be undertaken or finished - they will have taken your money and run!! We had instructed them to install an ASHP system at our property back in April, and paid a sizeable deposit. They then ignored all communications from us for weeks, and we have just discovered they have gone into voluntary liquidation and taken our money with them. Very poor, used them since 2011 but not interested at all when I needed them for boiler service and gas cert to sell my house. Booked well in advance but didn't turn up, and cancelled the re-scheduled appointment at short notice.
After trespassing over our property to work on the mansion next door, didn't have the decency to quote for my new build. Not interested in working with normal working people just the wealthy ones. Very disappointed.
