I just had Pro Auto Body fix a dent and scrapes on my driver's side doors. This happened due to an unknown person hitting my car in a parking lot. My insurance company had several auto body shops to choose from. I chose Pro Auto Body since it was close to where I live. I am so happy that I chose them. I cannot tell there was ever a dent in my door. I worked with **** getting the repair arranged. She is great to work with. I am so happy that I cannot tell there was ever damage to my car. They did an excellent job!

STAY AWAY!!! Worst communication in the business. I asked for the status of my repairs three times today, and every time I was told someone would call me back shortly. It never happened. I ended up going over at 5 o'clock to pick up my car whether is was ready or not.

My moms car was vandalized at our apartment complex. We filed an insurance claim to get the car repainted. Once we got her car back her window was cracked & her car is now 2 different colors because the damages was on the hood & both driver, passenger side of her vehicle. They had my sons car for 2 months after a car hit on my sons right side. Now the car is leaning, not aligned and parts they said they used was not original.. The car now have to go to another body shop to get fixed, and this is a one year old car Caliber has totally destroyed instead of fixing it they created more problem.

4 months ago a car hit me broadside in the passenger rear door and tire area. It was such a violent hit as I was doing ***** mph, and the other car picked my vehicle off the road and it slammed back onto the road. After about a month of my car being in CCC, when I picked it up the tire warning light was on, rep. said, we tried resetting, etc. but light would not go off, still hasn't. Very unprofessional. My auto was towed there by state farm insurance for repairs late 4/22/22. On 4/25/22 I started receiving text messages from Thong asking about my keys, that were left on the drivers side door panel. I advised the location there was an additional text exchange, instead of him calling me. I asked for a phone # which he never responded after that. They are not professional and they are not honest, they give me an estimate of $2500 but they sent a different estimate of $800 to the insurance of the driver at faults insurance For details you can contact me They are located on ************ in ********* **

Poor customer care and poorly managed, said they were overbooked (why didn't they schedule an appointment until a later time then?) and wanted to push the work on our car to some other shop.
