This was the 2nd time in the last four years I needed their service; they failed both times to meet my expectations. First time I drive my vehicle for repair (insurance claim ) ask to come for two days just for quote so I picked another repair shop. This is my go-to body shop in the tri valley area. Great staff and they always make me feel like my vehicles matter, even though they see dozens of cars a day. I could not recommend the team at Caliber Collision in Dublin more wholeheartedly! We were side swiped during a hit and run on the freeway on Valentine’s Day. Our 2 and 4 year old kids were with us. My brand new truck was in a significant accident ($14k of repairs). Caliber got it back to "as new" condition - if I didn't know it had been repaired I wouldn't be able to tell.
