Staff was professional, they were polite and kept me informed of what was happening with my vehicle. Work was done on time, car was returned clean and it looks great.
Very professional and thorough. Good communication keeping informed of the repair work and the progress. Chris was super good to work with. I would recommend Caliber based on my experience.
A lot of competition with body shops, but Caliber Collision is the only way to go. They made my unfortunate accident into a pleasurable experience. Shout out to Chris and his team for making this an easy process.
I was going n need of an auto body shop after I was rear ended. Did a little bit on f research and narrowed down to three shops. Chose Calibur and they not only did an amazing job on my car but exceeded my expectations overall. Excellent customer service from both Casey,Chris, and the manager whose name escapes me at the moment. I was kept informed the entire process and my was was done before I expected which was great! I would highly recommend this shop if you are in need of auto body repair.
Have mostly used another body shop in the past. This was my first experience with Caliber and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Will be my go to going forward. Chris is super!
