STAY AWAY!!! After several years and several thousands of dollars spent on dry cleaning at Cooks, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Extremely rude and arrogant customer service from ownership with myself and spouse over six under-pressed suit jackets. Ownership said they were rushed to get the garments done without sufficient time. The suit jackets were there for more than three weeks! I have been taking my dry cleaning to Cooks Clean Center in Christiansburg for the past 4 years. I have never experienced any problems with my clothes, which are always ironed/starched to perfection. Also, the staff is incredibly friendly and will have my order ready before I reach the counter. Other businesses could learn from Cooks Clean Center about customer care.
