I had only been looking for a vehicle for a few days when I drove by Cook's. I had a wonderful experience with the Salesman John Richburg and ESPECIALLY his finance manager Bernie Boettcher. My credit was not the best coming into the lot but Bernie assured me he would be able to get me financed. I looked at a few luxury cars on the lot until I found the perfect 2014 BMW 5 series.
