One of the most knowledgeable and experienced Appraisers in Clarksville! Always available to help and answer questions. Highly recommend!!
Wayne Cook is one of the most well known and respected Appraisers in Clarksville! We have hired him numerous times and have always been pleased with his responsiveness and accuracy of pricing homes for listing price. Always a pleasure to work with and that’s why we keep coming back! Wayne is def one of the best Appraisers in this area! 10/10 recommend!
Hands down best real estate Appraiser in Clarksville,TN!! We have used Wayne to appraise our homes over the last 15 years and have always appreciated all his hard work. He always goes above and beyond and he always knocks it out of the park for us. We love our Wayne Cook!
This appraisal office is absolutely terrible. They appraised my home significantly low! Causing my refinancing process to extend longer than needed. Now my lender has to dispute it to the VA and go through that process. Considering several homes exactly like mine in my neighborhood are selling over 50k more than the appraisal, speaks volumes on how these people do their jobs. They were also late to the appointment. 10/10 DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE unless you want terrible results.
