This appraisal office is absolutely terrible. They appraised my home significantly low! Causing my refinancing process to extend longer than needed. Now my lender has to dispute it to the VA and go through that process. Considering several homes exactly like mine in my neighborhood are selling over 50k more than the appraisal, speaks volumes on how these people do their jobs. They were also late to the appointment. 10/10 DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE unless you want terrible results.
Wayne Cook did an appraisal on our home added a room that we did not have and shorted the square footage by almost 300 square feet. I had an appraisal done the year prior sq footage doesn’t disappear when you buy a house. He decreased the value of our house by almost 80,000. With a remodel. “Beware”. He also put the incorrect kind of septic system. He would not return phone calls about this bad way todo business
