I spoke with Ray at cooks applicable who lied and told me that my schedule with whirlpool was invalid and that he would schedule me for Thursday instead of Wednesday but he couldn’t give me a definite time. I called back this morning and spoke with someone who claims they are the district manager that advised me that I don’t have an appointment for today. He transferred the call back to Ray.
