I just had my air condition system reviewed by Cooks Air Conditioning & Heating specialist before the heat sets in and thank goodness I did. It wasn't really performing like it did the year before so I gave them a call and they came out and found that a part was starting to fail. They ordered the part and will be contacting me once the part is in to repair the unit before it fails completely.

Chris was top notch on the service! He was on schedule and had our older geothermal unit fixed within minutes of his arrival. He offered clear and knowledgeable feedback on what it would take to keep the unit running versus replacing it. I’ll definitely be using Cook AC in the future, and hoping Chris is our service tech again!
