I had an estimate scheduled last Saturday. I had made the appointment with the clear expectation that we needed to have the installation completed by the 20th if at all possible. The person who booked my appointment assured me that I could expect this. The technician arrived during the timeframe we had set, and gave a 30-minute courtesy call as promised.
