They did an above average job with yearly maintenance, however, they wanted an astronomical fee for work. Our blower motor went out and we called Cooks - they came out and charged an 85$ service fee to diagnose the problem and told us that they would submit it for warranty coverage. In the three days while I was waiting for the warranty to go through (without air conditioning, in Florida Summer), I bought the blower motor off of amazon for $340 and installed it myself in 30 minutes (I am not an AC tech - it was two bolts and... read more
Awesome technician, Robbie was very professional and was apple to replace the control board within a few minutes.
Very pleased with Cook’s Heat and Air. They came out the same day to fix my AC and all their techs are professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend
