This is the third time it Cooks has been to my place. First time was a year ago the last two times I joined the yearly maintenance program they have and it’s been a service and clean my unit and I’ve met three different technicians. The first one was Robert i can’t remember the second guy today was Aaron. They have some nicest employees you’ve ever seen. They are professional. they explain what they’re doing and why I highly recommend them.

Wow! I cannot say enough about the crew at Cooks. Our complete ac unit died on one of those 100° plus days. I found them on Google and called right away. The scheduling crew, Robbie, Dakota, Elliott, and Giovanni were all prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Their service is impeccable! Seriously, the best experience ever. Today Craig and Jessica came out and quickly found the issue with my air conditioner. They were very polite and answered all my questions. I have been using Cooks for over 5 years and have always been satisfied with their work.
