Awesome guy, professional and courteous. Quickly identified the issue and fixed. Made sure to answer all questions.
Our A\C went out on a Sunday in Mid July. Iwas only able to get one answer on the phone that day and it was Cook's. They understood my problem andhad a tech there the next morning. Not only were they able to locate the problem but also showed us the difference between replace or repair ,being as the unit was close to 30 years old we decided to replace even though it was repairable.
