It was 95 degrees out and I called Falstreaux to fix my HVAC. They sent a guy out for a free diagnosis. Now it being Friday and 1 hour before closing they diagnosed the problem but seemed rushed to get home and also they didn’t have the part readily available. Would not have fixed it until the next week. This was not acceptable.
