On vacation I had a hub break on my boat trailer at Grovertown. I called Josh and told him my situation. He was in Gary on another call and wasn't able to tell me when he would finish. We agreed I would take the trailer 6 miles to his shop and he would work the job in. I picked up the parts at Tractor Supply in Valparaiso and dropped them off at his shop. Had a low tire pressure warning last night while driving from Chicago to Ohio. Tire was very low and it was snowing and freezing cold. Josh fixed it while I was warm in my car. He was in the VERY cold wind. He was very professional and worked quickly but thoroughly. And then, he didn't even charge me?! I couldn't not pay him. Nice guys still exist. Thanks so much Josh!! Highly recommend!!

Called Josh out for an air loss issue. (Real cold temps) He came out in a fairly timely manner. Couldn't fix the issue at first, so he was going to head home and get some stuff together as well as get an air governor from John's garage. I ended up getting a ride home as I lived a couple miles away. At 1630 he told me it would be another hour and he would also pick me. That's the last time I heard from him. Multiple calls and texts went unanswered. I get it, it's cold out, but at least communicate and don't just run off. Very... read more
