My wife and I came for a surf and turf class on Valentine's Day and it was fantastic. The food was terrific (honestly as good as many local restaurants around here) and we learned a lot along the way. The structure of the class allows you to watch how the chefs prepare the food as they explain every part of the process. You can ask any questions you want.
