They have very nice arrangements but the cookies are so overly sweet! Problematic as well is the staff. Not too friendly, it was like I was a bother for them to take a walk in customer. I can see that 90% of their business is from the online store. The are much better places to get gift basket.
Cookies in bloom is so great! They gave me exactly what I asked for, and delivered it perfectly. We were able to adequately thank the nurses and all the staff that took such great care of my husband during his surgery and recovery period in the hospital. Thank you, Cookies in Bloom!
