The FIRST Review & Hopefully the LAST!!! – I have no problem with Cookies By Design, I due however have a problem with the owner of the Urbana, IL store. The owner had a promotion (like many businesses) through the local tv station website - which offered $50 worth of coupons for $20. Great Deal - first time I purchased off of the website - Very excited my nephews love their cookies. There was 5 - $10 coupons. The coupon says "No Cash Value. Does not include delivery. Business response:
We pride our self in customer satisfaction. Our shop is very clean and we have lots of fun. Our cookies are AMAZING!! When this promomtion was going on I had specific guidelines and 6 months to use them before the expired. The customer wanted to use all 5 on one purchase. We did not allow. As far as the tv station not doing business with us this is false information. We continue business with them. Our Better Business Bureau Rating is a B not a D.
