I am giving two starts out of consideration for the other Cookies By Design stores I have worked with who always delivered a beautiful product at the time they said they would. This review is about the Baltimore store specifically. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. RecommendedMen deserve to be spoiled too. Flowers and Balloons just aren't acceptable to send to a man in construction. Sweet treats on the other hand are perfect! I placed an order in the middle of the night easily enough. They hand delivered them to the office even during a time when everything around is closed. I appreciate the service and promptness and wonderful surprise in his day!!! Thank you!
RecommendedA co-worker and I placed an order for a cookie bouquet for another co-worker who was leaving. The ladies who helped were amazing - can you do tacos? YES? Can we have by Thursday? YES!! I'm sorry, we're leaving early today b/c of the shutdown - can you get here in 30 mins? YES!! We truly appreciate the hoops you jumped through during this challenging time. Cookies were AMAZING!
RecommendedSeveral times they have come thru with delicious cookies...fantastic baskets and designs....I only use 125 Dean st to get my cookies sent ....since my sis lives in jersey and I live in vegas...they go above and beyond....I have only had 1 issue and they made it soo right....customer service and delicious cookies are top priority with this store...thank you again and again!!!

I’m sad that I only recently decided to wonder into this place. They have a case full of fresh cookies, cupcakes, and more to indulge in at affordable prices. For Valentines my husband asked them to put Post Malone on some cookies for me. They tried their best to accommodate and I loved it!
RecommendedWe had Spider-Man cookies made this weekend for my son’s birthday and they were amazing! They were decorated exactly like the picture we showed and everybody thought they were so cool! Will definitely be coming back here for all of my cookie needs!
