Ordered cupcakes for delivery. We don't really like plain vanilla cupcakes so we got some cookie dough and cookies and creme cupcakes. What we got were plain vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting a few cookies on top. This is not how it is represented on the online menu. They were very disappointing.

Dianne has a large variety of fresh homemade cookies in the store, OMG so delicious!! The lemon drop cookies are so good!! You must stop by and get a cookie Or more!
I ate the most amazing cupcakes EVER this past Saturday at a friend's home. Seriously, seriously delicious! When I asked where she had gotten them, she told me they were from Cookies By Design. I am definitely going to order some of these ... and I may not share them!
Ordered cookies as a hand delivered gift and it was a big hit! It's great to be able to do something unique and perfect for the occasion when we don't live in the area.
I came in yesterday to buy some gluten free cookies for a friend of mine. The lady came out asked me how she could help me I told her she said wait a minute. I waited and waited and waited she never came back out from the back I don't know what she was doing but it was very disappointed. This was my first and it was also my last time I will ever step foot into your business again. It was a very very very disappointing experience for me.
Amazing!!! Surprised my husband today with a birthday cookie bouquet! He loved it and said they even tasted good!!! Only complaint is that when ordering, it does not tell you the time of delivery.. Or even a window. I had to call to find out. All in all, amazing experience!
