I DO NOT USUALLY TYPE REVIEWS.. But despite the positive reviews, I unfortunately had a horrible experience with Cookies By Design. I ordered cookies to my fiancé’s job for his birthday. They did NOT deliver the cookies on my scheduled day. I called them to ask what time they would be delivered and they gave me the run around and said it would show up before 3pm…but they never arrived. I called them the next day and the lady on the phone showed no sympathy whatsoever & just quickly stated that her driver had car issues so I ... read more
