Very happy with my order! They had to make 2 trips to get it delivered (due to having a wrong address) and still wanted to deliver it the same day. I appreciate the awesome customer service!

I went to the store in Legacy Village and picked out a beautiful butterfly cookie for a cookie basket. When I returned fifteen minutes later to pick up my order, I was told that they had broken the butterfly cookie and it had to be replaced with a bunny. When I pulled the basket out when I got home, I was upset to discover that the bunny cookie had shattered and crumbled all over the remaining cookies. This was supposed to be a gift and due to the Easter holiday, I won't have the chance to fix it. Very disappointing.
My girls and I were met with extraordinary customer service. In fact, our time there become a memorable experience as my young daughters picked their cookies and talked with the store employees. The cookies were bursting with flavor and were the perfect soft consistency. I say "were" because the bag of cookies was almost all eaten by the time we made it home.
Sweet cookies, sweeter people. It's always a pleasure going here.
