Chrissy is AWESOME! Their attention to detail, product and service are all amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. I order from many different locations and this one is the absolute best!! While other locations suffer in service and product, Virginia Beach is always consistent and great.
Cookies by Design NEVER disappoints!! The custom-designed cookies are always impeccably done, and taste even better than they look. Seriously always the biggest hit at parties, showers and special celebrations!! And if you swing by the store, definitely pick up a fresh-baked cookie. You'll be happy you did.
I can't say enough good things about the staff and the cookies. Not only are the designs amazing, but the gourmet cookies you can buy when stopping in are divine! Definitely worth the trip!
Met the manager (who is way cool by the way) and she was telling me that everything is made fresh in the store. I can definitely tell that's true because all 6 of the cookies I got were amazing. I'll definitely be back.
