I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I placed a custom birthday cake order on Friday for pickup on Sunday at 12 PM, making sure everything was confirmed ahead of time. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that the employee who took my order had misplaced the receipt and my order was completely lost. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I was charged $50 for what was advertised as a tres leches cake, but when we opened it after Easter dinner, it turned out to be a stale, plain vanilla cake. It felt misleading and disappointing, especially for the price. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this business due to concerns about honesty and quality.
