I love the brand but lately things aren't what they use to be. Purchased items back in August 2025. It's Mid October still no products. The owner seems like she doesn't care. At this point give your customer something for waiting for months for products your website claim you had in stock. There's no way its taking production this long. I think im parting ways. No longer supporter of this brand. Be clear your success is due to black women. Price increases while removing products and less selection makes no sense. There is no reason for the prices to increase on these products ( if so be transparent and state why on your website ).
The absolute worse!!! I ordered Something over two months ago, and the tracking doesn’t work. I Tried to email to inquire about my purchase NO RESPONSE. They give you the option to pay for express shipping, after you pay for it you receive a message stating no matter what shipping you picked you’re going to receive it standard time, mind you the shop is in the same city I reside in. I wish I lived closer to the store maybe I would come in instead of doing online ordering. Placed an order July I believe 15th or 19th just got my order in the middle of September!! Will never order from here again!! please take me off of the messaging list as well and email. I've never ordered an item that has took about two months to receive. Other than that the product itself is okay.
I placed on order on 7/19/2025 and was told on 07/31/2025 that my item now shipped. Took 12 full days to even initiate shipping.
