About this business

About The Cookie Tree: December 1981 brought the opening of The Cookie Tree. Two friends, after visits to San Francisco and other cities, decided they could make cookies just as good, if not better, than they were finding there. YUMMMMM! YUMMMM! Service was great and the counter help is cute, too! Just got back to town from going to college, one of the first places I went to. My mom shipped them to me while I was away, but it was good to be home and go in myself. I like the new look. Not much changed other than moving the cases around and taking some extra stuff out. Being there really made me feel like I was home again!

I liked the old Cookie Tree If something isn't broken why change it? The old Cookie Tree had a good feeling when walking in. It isn't that way know. Too bad for the Cookie Tree they made a very bad change. Go back to the old way.

Still Incredible after all these years! Can't imagine why anyone would have anything less than wonderful things to say about The Cookie Tree! They were just named #1 Bakery 2007, voted on by the Yuba-Sutter community. If anything the SERVICE IS BETTER THAN EVER and the cookies are still incredible after 26 years. The Cookie Tree is and always will be a favorite of our family!

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE COOKIE TREE?????? I used to live in the yuba sutter area........when i went back to visit I knew that i had to get one of those crinkle cookies.......well to my surprise............the place has totally changed!!!!! the cookies were still good, but the service was ok.....could have been better...and the look of it made me feel like I had to be a young, pretty, valley girl...to even be welcomed....I hated it!!!!!!!!! it was not what I had fallen in love with years ago!!!!
