My husband and I came here because nothing tempts me more than warm cookies right out of the oven and I knew this was a newer business I had never heard of before. We walked in and there was only one employee, no menus on the wall, counter, nothing. We had no idea how to order or what the prices were.... nothing. Placed an order on the app at a later pick up time within store hours. Arrived at the selected pick up time and the door was locked with the lights out. Hours are clearly written on the door but the store was closed. Waited fifteen minutes and nobody showed up. Phone number doesn’t even work. The “owner” appears to be clueless as they are responding to reviews to call the number for resolution.
I am not one to write reviews but this place is the most poorly managed establishment I’ve ever been too. For starters I ordered delivery through UberEats the cookies came in ziplock bags smooshed and wrapped in masking tape. When I saw this I immediately thought something was off and maybe my delivery driver had tampered with the cookies. I was sent a surprise delivery for my sick child and for my birthday today through door dash. It included two purple icees and a bottle of purple drink. My son started eating his iced and then said he didn't think it was for him. It smelled funny like an adult drink and didn't taste like before.
