The cookies are a total disappointment. They really tasted bad and we are not picky. Over $40 and most of the cookies are disgusting.
Got 3 cookies from here yesterday & to my lady disappointment this ain't it. She didnt like either of the cookies & she asked me to actually smell it. So ai smelled it & it didnt smell like a cookie. So she sampled another & wasn't impressed. Place was cool on the inside but its all about the product & she wasn't impressed.
I ordered the chocolate chip on DoorDash and ordered 4. When I open them they were really cold and hard and to me I could taste the baking powder. I couldn’t eat it and was disappointed because they use to be really good.
Cookies were amazing when they first opened now you can barely get any cookie at all! 3 times we went in there and they had no OG (chocolate chip) cookies at all. They have untrained employees that don’t even know the cookie menu they never know about any promotions when we clearly show them the emails that come from Cookie Plug. Today they called their manager and they had no clue about the promotion and claimed they weren’t participating in it.
