I walked in and the first thing I noticed was the girl in the red shirt who was supposed to help me was sitting in the back putting her socks on and changing her shoes. After that, she didn’t wash her hands before taking my order. On top of that, she didn’t even come to the counter — she stayed in the back and just called out, “What can I get?” It was my first time at Cookie Plug, and I drove all the way from Anaheim after seeing good reviews online, but honestly, the experience didn’t meet my expectations.
