Great service!!
The person who provided our baby’s first haircut was very kind, however, she didn’t give him the haircut we had asked for. I hadn’t realized it until after we had gotten home that he had one side burn cut higher than the other and the haircut was very different compared to what we had asked for. It is unfortunate that our baby’s first haircut looks nothing like what we had asked for and is uneven but the workers were kind.

I have been a client at this salon since before it changed names/ownership, it has really made a turn for the worse, made an appointment for 4pm and almost and hour later still hadn't received service, the staff is now rude and always talking with each other complaining about their job, I was calling and calling in regards of my appointment while my husband was in lobby and the phone doesn't even ring, when they finally answered I asked what's the point of an appointment if you still haven't serviced my child an hour later, ... read more
