It was such a great time to come to this salon. Everything is so kid friendly and also the hairstylist. It was an emotional experience because it was the first time we cut his hair but we all enjoyed it.

Arrived on time for an appointment and waited 2 hours (not exaggerating) before our son’s cut. Under normal circumstances we would have never waited that long, but we drove 40 minutes one way for the appointment and my son desperately needed the haircut. Apparently one of the stylists called in, and the poor stylist was left alone for over half of the day to check people in, cut hair, and check people out. I scheduled my son’s 1st haircut appointment on a Saturday(late morning). I showed up to one employee working , the employee told me her co-worker called in. Why is there only two employees working on a Saturday?! No receptionist, no management, we won’t be back.

I had the absolute worst experience at the Wauwatosa location yesterday. They are overbooking clients, the heat was broken, the place was dirty and un taken care of. Although our stylist was nice (Nia) and took care of my daughter, she used a brush that was unclean & I only noticed after the fact. I removed the hair from the brush and it was mostly blonde, mixed with brown. My daughter’s hair is dark brown) this was unsanitary and puts my daughter, and other kids at risk for lice!!! First of all, I’ve been to this place a few times and although the haircuts ended up being fine the experience has always been fairly average until this evening when it was absolutely terrible. We had a 5:30 appointment and got there a little early in hopes of getting in a little early. The place was an absolute mess, there was no heat and they were running about an hour behind schedule.
