We had a good first time experience. However, when we scheduled a follow up, we had the first haircut of the day. We end up waiting for about 20 minutes outside because no one showed up or called to open the store. After the 20 minutes, we decided just to go home and get the haircut somewhere else . If you decide to get your child’s haircut here, I would recommend not getting the first haircut of the day, and to call ahead to ensure that they are open.

Ariana was so sweet and patient with my 2 year old son. She took her time and helped him feel comfortable. Will definitely be scheduling with her again!

My twins went in for a haircut and came home with the worst cut they have ever received. We went to use our loyalty card that we had already prepaid, and were told that we had to pay out of pocket because “they couldn’t find anything” about it. Unfortunately we won’t be returning as they took our money on the cards and never honored them… and a terrible haircut in top of it. Such a great concept, but this location is really faltering. Nervously booked an appointment to give it one more chance (this would be our third visit) and no one was there. Doors locked, no sign, no contact. After rereading the reviews, maybe it was for the best but very frustrated with the waste of time.
