Absolutely unacceptable experience at Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids. I have come here frequently, which makes this even more disappointing. The stylist, Kim, cut my son’s ear during a haircut — and instead of taking responsibility, she repeatedly said it was a “mystery” how it happened. That alone is concerning. What made it worse is that my child was not being difficult or moving around, so there’s no excuse for this level of carelessness at a children’s salon. My child waited whole week to have his hair cut today ( monday). We drove 40 mintues just to find out that its closed, although its clearly saying online that its open... really heart breaking for a 5 year old... So disappointed :( Posting march 16, 2026. I have the screenshot showing that its open today.
Booked a first hair cut, and it was a great experience. Kim was phenomenal! She's fantastic with little ones, I couldn't recommend her enough.
