The facility is good and there are some good hair stylists there, but AVOID PATTY. She's not very good with children and does not work well with children. She was rude and unpleasant with our young daughter. We've had good experiences with other stylists there in the past, but this was unacceptable. Upon giving feedback, sarcastic response with asking if we want to cut the hair ourselves followed by exasperated rudeness.

I have been taking my 2 sons to Bibi for years. She is great! They love coming here, getting the balloon, and seeing Bibi. Very good with boys hair.

The building is cute for kids to play while they wait, but that’s where our good experience ends. We drove up to see Ms Bibi because she came recommended from family members as being good with kids who don’t like getting their hair cut. We had an appointment but when we walked in they seemed annoyed to see us. My son (20 months old) sat in the chair, and I told her that he had had one haircut before with just scissors and was fine, and that I didn’t think he would like the clippers.
