The place is really nice but Bibi was the best and now she went to her own sola salon in Columbia mall. The other people are good but just not as good.....
Great experience for my son’s first haircut. Patty made him feel comfortable and put him at ease. We really appreciated her kindness and patience. Thanks for making the first cut a positive and memorable experience.
The facility is good and there are some good hair stylists there, but AVOID PATTY. She's not very good with children and does not work well with children. She was rude and unpleasant with our young daughter. We've had good experiences with other stylists there in the past, but this was unacceptable. Upon giving feedback, sarcastic response with asking if we want to cut the hair ourselves followed by exasperated rudeness.
Patty always does a great job with my son’s haircut. She is fast, professional and precise.
I have been taking my 2 sons to Bibi for years. She is great! They love coming here, getting the balloon, and seeing Bibi. Very good with boys hair.
